Inventory software for e-commerce: one panel for marketplace sellers
If you sell the same product on several marketplaces and your own site, your biggest job is keeping order: which content is live on which channel, how many promo packs are left, which size is running low. StokTakip brings those answers into one panel.
Familiar problems for online sellers
Different content for every channel
A Trendyol title, a Hepsiburada description, Amazon bullet points… Five versions of the same product live in separate files, and a fix in one never reaches the others.
Promo pack stock
Stocking a "twin pack" or a gift box as a separate product makes the numbers drift as soon as the items inside are sold on their own.
Sizes and colours
Twelve sizes and colours of one T-shirt are twelve separate stocks. Tracking which combination is running low in a spreadsheet is hard.
Sell-outs during campaigns
On busy days you notice too late that something is running out; cancelling an order because it sold out hurts both your seller rating and your customers.
Key features for e-commerce
The features you'll use most for the content, promotion and stock side of multichannel selling; each has its own page with details.
Marketplace product management
Enter a product's base content once, then write only the title, bullets and description that differ for Trendyol, Hepsiburada, Amazon TR, n11 and Çiçeksepeti. Keep each channel's status and marketplace product code in the same place.
See the featureBundle stock tracking
Define promo packs as bundles. A bundle's stock is calculated from its components, and selling it deducts the components.
See the featureProduct variants
Generate variants from attributes such as colour and size in one go, each with its own SKU, price and stock.
See the featureStock alerts
Alerts are created on their own when products drop below their minimum stock or run out, and resolve when you restock.
See the featureOrder tracking
Move sales orders through their statuses, record returns as their own order type and keep the history.

Example: from a new-season product to a promo pack
A typical flow for a clothing and accessories seller taking a new product live and into a campaign:
Create the product and its variants
Add the product, define colour and size attributes and generate the variants. Edit prices and costs in the variant table.
Prepare the content
Enter brand, barcode number, weight, dimensions, bullet points and description as base content; upload images and assign them to variants.
Open channel records
Create a channel record for each marketplace you sell on, write that channel's title and set the status to active once the listing is live.
Build the promo pack
Create a bundle for the pack and add its items with quantities. The suggested bundle price is the total of the components' prices.
Record sales and returns
When you create a sales order, stock leaves the warehouse you choose. Record a returned item as a return order and add it back to stock after checking it.
Recommended plan: Starter
For e-commerce businesses shipping from one warehouse, or one warehouse plus a returns or staging area, with a small team, the Starter plan is usually enough. Move to Professional as your range and team grow.
Starter
TRY 349/ mo + VAT
- 2 warehouses
- 1,000 products
- 3 team members
Every plan is free during early access.
In practice: keeping e-commerce in order
Finish the base content first. Most marketplaces ask for the same information; with complete base content you only write what really differs in each channel record, and a correction touches fewer places.
Check a promo pack's stock instead of deleting it when the campaign ends. Because a bundle's stock comes from its components, keeping it listed doesn't use up component stock; components only leave when the bundle sells. If you'll run the pack again, keeping the definition saves time next campaign.
For products with variants, the stock alert follows the parent product's total stock. Watch individual sizes and colours in the stock and status columns of the variant table; checking best-selling combinations before a campaign keeps the most-wanted size from selling out on day one.
When you take a listing down on a marketplace, mark its channel record as paused. Your team sees which listings are live from the panel and works with the right information without opening the marketplace panel.
Frequently asked questions
Does StokTakip connect to my marketplace account and update stock itself?
No, it doesn't currently connect to marketplace accounts. You keep content, stock and orders in StokTakip, and update listings, stock and prices in the marketplace's seller panel.
Can I track sales from my own website too?
Yes. Use the "other" option when opening a channel record, and record the orders as sales orders. Stock leaves the same product whichever channel it sells on.
I also sell an item from the bundle on its own. Will stock get mixed up?
No. Selling the component on its own lowers its stock, and the bundle's stock is recalculated accordingly.
Can each colour have its own images?
Yes. You can assign images to variants when uploading and filter them by variant on the listing screen.
Do returns show up in reports?
Yes. Return orders appear in the monthly trend report as the number of returns and the return rate.
